mesti must makan mende nie at TEMERLOH!!

~tbe2 teringat GULAI PATIN MASAK TEMPOYAK
~meh k citer camner nk wat gulai nie..

GULAI TEMPOYAK IKAN PATIN
BAHAN-BAHAN:
ikan patin(temerloh mari maa)
Bahan A
cili padi
kunyit idop
garam kasar
lada merah
(semua ni ditumbuk halus)

daun kesum
tempoyak
bunga kantan
gula sikit

CARA-CARA:
  1. rebus bahan A ngan tempoyak, air, daun kesum n bunga kantan.
  2. bile dah mendidih, masukkan ikan patin.
  3. bile dah menggelegak, masukkan garam n gula then tutup api ble da masak.
